The Franks are a four piece original rock band from Fitchburg/Waltham, MA, with heavy influences from the worlds of Funk, Reggae, Dub, Hip Hop and Jazz.

They were formed in July of 2002 by singer/keyboards Brian(Brain Frank) Chaffee, and Guitarist Keith Clark. They filled the revolving bass player roll in 2003 with the addition of Mark Keane, and after a few drummer swaps concreted the line up in 2006 with the addition, of the heavy hitting Rev. Paul Chiasson.

Since their birth they have been performing their infectious brand of grooves in clubs, bars, colleges and festivals for thousands of people throughout most of New England and New York.

The Franks have littered the airwaves and alley ways with a bunch of mostly independent recordings that are hiding In their fans closet somewhere.
